شروط وأحكام الاستخدام

مرحباً بك في منصة وتطبيق إيليون (Elyon). باستخدامك لهذا التطبيق أو إنشاء حساب جديد، فإنك تقر وتوافق على الالتزام بالشروط والأحكام التالية:
1. طبيعة الخدمة والمحتوى الكنسي
إيليون هو مساعد ذكي أرثوذكسي مصمم للمساعدة في دراسة الكتاب المقدس، التفاسير الآبائية، وتحضير دروس مدارس الأحد والوعظات. يهدف التطبيق لتقديم المعرفة والإرشاد المعتمد على التراث الكنسي الأرثوذكسي ولا يغني عن التوجيه الرعوي المباشر لأب الاعتراف أو الكنيسة.
2. نظام الرصيد وصلاحية الشحن (60 يوماً)
⏱️ صلاحية الرصيد:
يحصل كل حساب جديد على كوتة مجانية لمرة واحدة (10 أسئلة + 3 استخدامات للأدوات). كل عملية شحن إضافية للرصيد تكون صالحة لمدة 60 يوماً فقط من تاريخ تنفيذها وتسقط تلقائياً بعد انقضاء هذه المدة دون التأثير على الشحنات الأحدث. يتم خصم الاستهلاك بنظام الأقدم فالأحدث (FIFO).
3. الاستخدام المقبول والسلوك
- يمنع استخدام التطبيق في أي أغراض تسيء للعقيدة المسيحية، أو نشر محتوى غير لائق، أو محاولة اختراق خوادم المنصة.
- يتحمل المستخدم المسؤولية الكاملة عن صحة المعرفات وأرقام الهواتف المدخلة أثناء عمليات الشحن أو التحويل المالي الداخلي.
4. إنهاء الحساب والخدمة
يحق للمنصة تعليق أو حظر أي حساب ينتهك شروط الاستخدام أو يقوم بمحاولات تلاعب بالرصيد أو إرسال استعلامات ضارة. كما يحق للمستخدم حذف حسابه نهائياً في أي وقت.
5. التعديلات والدعم

Welcome to Elyon. By downloading, accessing, or creating an account on the Elyon platform, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. Service Scope & Religious Content
Elyon is an AI-powered Orthodox platform designed for Bible study, Patristic commentaries, Sunday School lesson prep, and sermon drafting. Content generated serves educational and pastoral support purposes aligned with Eastern Orthodox tradition.
2. Wallet System & 60-Day Recharge Validity
⏱️ Balance Validity:
New users receive a one-time free quota (10 questions + 3 tool uses). Each subsequent wallet top-up is valid for 60 days from the recharge timestamp and expires automatically thereafter. Consumption is deducted on a First-In, First-Out (FIFO) basis from the earliest expiring batch.
3. Acceptable Use & Conduct
- You agree not to misuse the service, generate blasphemous or harmful content, or attempt unauthorized access to platform servers.
- Users are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of recipient Short IDs during internal P2P balance transfers.
4. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in fraudulent balance tampering or malicious system abuse. Users may permanently delete their account at any time.
