تلتزم منصة وتطبيق إيليون (Elyon)، المطور بواسطة شركة Asteria، بحماية خصوصية مستخدميها وضمان أمان بياناتهم ومعلوماتهم الروحية والشخصية.

1. المعلومات التي نقوم بجمعها

• بيانات الحساب: البريد الإلكتروني، الاسم الاختياري، وكلمة المرور المشفرة بتقنية Bcrypt أحادية الاتجاه.
• بيانات المحفظة والعمليات: سجل الرصيد المتاح وعمليات الشحن والتحويلات المالية الداخلية ورقم المعرف (Short ID).
• نصوص المحادثات: الأسئلة والطلبات المرسلة لمعالجة الذكاء الاصطناعي وتقديم الإجابات الآبائية والكتابية.

2. كيفية استخدام المعلومات

• تقديم إجابات روحية ولاهوتية دقيقة، وتحضير دروس مدارس الأحد والوعظات.
• إدارة المحفظة وتتبع استهلاك الرصيد وصلاحيات الباقات.
• تحسين دقة نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي بما يتوافق مع تعاليم الكنيسة الأرثوذكسية.

3. مشاركة وحماية البيانات

نحن لا نقوم ببيع أو تأجير أو مشاركة بياناتك الشخصية مع أي طرف ثالث لأغراض تسويقية أو إعلانية. تتم كافة عمليات التشفير عبر بروتوكولات HTTPS/TLS المؤمنة.

4. حذف البيانات والحساب

يحق للمستخدم حذف حسابه وبياناته نهائياً في أي وقت مباشرة من خلال تطبيق إيليون (الإعدادات > حذف الحساب نهائياً)، ويتم مسح كافة الرسائل والمحفظة والبيانات بشكل فوري ودائم.

The Elyon platform and mobile application, developed by Asteria, is committed to safeguarding the privacy and security of your personal and spiritual data.

1. Information We Collect

• Account Information: Email address, optional display name, and securely hashed passwords (Bcrypt).
• Wallet & Transactions: Available balance, top-up logs, internal peer-to-peer transfers, and your unique Short ID.
• Chat Conversations: Messages and queries submitted to generate Biblical commentaries, Sunday School lessons, and sermons.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To deliver accurate Orthodox theological explanations, lesson preparations, and sermon homilies.
• To manage your wallet balance, batch expiration (60 days), and subscription features.
• To ensure service stability, security, and continuous platform enhancements.

3. Data Protection & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with any third-party advertisers. All network communications are encrypted via industry-standard TLS/HTTPS protocols.

4. Account Deletion & Rights

You have full control over your data. You may permanently delete your account and all associated records at any time directly in the app (Settings > Delete Account Permanently).
